I understand that life happens, especially with families, so I always try to be as flexible and fair as possible.

All bookings are non-refundable, as spaces are limited and carefully planned to keep sessions small and personal.

If you are unable to attend due to illness or unexpected circumstances, please get in touch as soon as possible. I’m happy to transfer your booking to another available date, where possible.

 

 

🌊 Weather

These sessions take place outdoors and go ahead in most weather conditions — this is all part of the experience 🌿

Please come dressed appropriately for the weather and terrain.

Refunds are not offered due to unsuitable weather, but in the event of severe or unsafe conditions, I may need to reschedule the session. If this happens, you will be offered an alternative date.

• Bookings are non-refundable

• Date transfers are offered where possible with notice

• Last-minute cancellations may not be transferable

Sessions are kept intentionally small to create a calm, engaging experience for everyone. When a space is booked, it means another family may have missed out — thank you for understanding and supporting this way of working.
